Kriti Sanon and Diljit Dosanjh\'s \'Arjun Patiala\' gets a release date

The fans are about to witness yet another fresh on-screen pairing this year. Kriti Sanon and Diljit Dosanjh have joined forces for 'Arjun Patiala', a film by Dinesh Vijan.

While Kriti has previously worked with the filmmaker in 'Raabta' which featured Sushant Singh Rajput in the lead role. Both Diljit and Kriti took to Twitter and announced the release date of the film.

'Arjun Patiala' is set to hit the screens on September 13, 2018. The film will see Kriti in a journalist's avatar while Diljit will play a small-town guy reportedly. 'Fukrey' fame Varun Sharma will also be seen in a pivotal part.

The film will be larger-than-life and produced by Maddock Films and T-Series.

Meanwhile, Diljit will also be seen in 'Welcome to New York', a film which stars Sonakshi Sinha in the lead. The trailer of the film released recently and it looks like a quirky comedy.Welcome To New York is directed by Chakri Toleti and produced by Pooja Entertainment and Wiz Films respectively.

It also stars Lara Dutta, Boman Irani, Riteish Deshmukh and Karan Johar.
